I used to have an unlock on baseband 6.15.00 but I had to restore and know i don't have it and I've lost the unlock and my Wi-Fi doesn't work so I can't use UltraSn0w what i wanted to ask is can i unlock without using the internet on my phone

P.S. I do have internet on my PC via an ethernet cable

Use redsnow I think it has the option

i believe you can manually ssh into your phone and download packages from cydia but im not sure. ill look around for you
