Well I know many people have had problems with certain themes showing up. This is because apple changed the folders that hold the LockScreen Background on the 4g iPod Touches.

HOW TO FIX:
1. Download iFile
2. Go to /Library/Themes/LockBackground.png
3. veiw it
4. save it to photos
5. respring/restart
Your lockscreen should be there

How to change your slider text:
1.go to iFile
2. Open /Library/Themes/the them of the slider/Bundles/com.apple.springboard/en.lproj
3. open SpringBoard.strings in text veiwer
4. Edit it like this:
"AWAY_LOCK_LABEL" = "your text here"
"POWER_DOWN_LOCK_LABEL" = "your text here"
"SLIDE_TO_ANSWER" = "your text here"

THIS SHOULD ALREADY BE THERE JUST EDIT "your text here"
5. save
6. respring/restart

Thats it, it should now change to what every you put.
