4.3.1, you are untethered. 4.3.2, you don't really get many new features and are tethered.

Well some of the new features (for the iPhone anyways) are

1. Better battery life
2. Better Performance (of some apps crashing)
3. Your lockscreen won't show up anymore when you power it down. (using the Slide to power down, and when the circle appears, your Lock Screen will re-appear)
4. Camera Improvement (for both iPhone and iPad)
5. And Signal Improvement for 3G (iPhone + iPad)

The iOS 4.3.2 untethered JB is already out guys if you want to restore and JB again. JB my iphone 4 with it yesterday and it works great.

m8 im trying to restore to 4.2.1 again to fix my installous issue and it screams me the following error (3149). I searched and read that I cant longer restore to the same firmware because apple stopped signing it. Any help????? Should I update to 4.3.2?? Is it the same?? or are there limitations??? PLZ HELP ME QUICK!
