You are going to need the following

1) Dreamboard Installed
2) windows PC
3)wifi on ipod or iphone
4)Know how to SSH into iDevice

Now Just follow the steps
Sorry i will not be showing you How to SSH Just watch the youtube video then come back when you know how to and again im sorry.

1) go to cydia and download Open SSH

2) Respring device

3) Next SSH into device and go to var/mobile/library/dreamboard

4) then copy and paste the folder of the theme you have into dreamboard folder (above)

4.5) MAKE SURE YOU DOWNLOAD THE WINDOWS EXTRACTOR AND USE THAT TO EXTRACT THE FOLDER OF THE THEME

5) let it upload the theme to your device and once done end the connection and then respring device.

6) next go to dreamboard and the theme you added should be there.
