(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Ok after googling and finding nothing I decided to start playing with iFile and I found something that would help the people having the "invalid .ipa" error

REQUIREMENTS:

-- Installous(latest version) from hackulo repo
-- iFile
-- Time and a brain

PROCEDURE:

1. Download the app you want to update via installous
2. in iFile navigate to /var/mobile/Documents/installous/Downloads
3. Find the .ipa file you downloaded earlier and tap on it
4. A menu will appear, just hit "ZIP Viewer"
5. Extract all the content from the .ipa file
6. You will see 4 new files:
a. Payload ( its a folder )
b. Name of the guy who craked it
c. iTunesMetadata.plist
d. iTunesArtwork
7. Go to the Payload folder and you will see an .app folder
8. Hit edit and mark the app folder and hit copy or cut (it does the same dont worry)
9. Navigate to /var/mobile/applications
10. Look through all the weird numbered folders and look for the app you want to update
11. When you find your app hit edit then paste and it will ask you to overwrite
12. Accept and go again to /var/mobile/Documents/installous/Downloads
13. Hit edit and mark iTunesMetadata.plist and iTunesArtwork then hit copy or cut
14. Do the same steps from. 9-12
15. If done correctly, you have updated your app

IMPORTANT NOTES:

--- This works on any app, legit or craked, you just need to find the updated .ipa file
--- This is for the people that cant update apps directly in installous
--- This method is not for installing new apps, just to update old ones. When I find a way to make the crypted weird numbered folder I will try to install the app from scratch.

a. Facely HD {craked}
b. Facebook app {Legit downloaded, Updated Craked}
c. Tiny wings {craked}
