1)Firstly, open up you're jailbroken device and nagvigate to Cydia.
2)After that, go ahead and download the app itself. Tiny Wings!
3)When you're in Cydia, go to the Search tab and find 4)"TinyWingsAssistant" All one word!
5)Once you have found it, install it.
6)Exit out out Cydia, and run the the Assistance.
7)Edit you're values to whatever you need/want.
Run the REAL tinywings app and play.
9)You should see the settings intact

Easiest hack in my life, thanks.

I know what's wrong, you need an idevice with multitasking for it to work. You need an IPod 3G or newer or an iPhone 3GS or newer. If not, download a multitasking app in cydia. This worked for me cause I have an IPod 2g.
