yes but its a paid subscription to text on there unless you have a text plan but that is only on iPhones so you would have to buy a BiteSMS text plan

Even with a BiteSMS plan we won't be able to text from an iPod Touch though, unless we have Wifi on, right? Wouldn't it be easier to just use the Text Free Unlimited Free App from the App store? It would essentially be the same thing.

Maybe you can use Synchronicity this allow you to use your iPod will is in sync process.
