The touch screen isnt working and i have tried putting it in recovery and DFU mode but come get stuck on "preparing ipod for restore" and the come up with error 1611. i have tried many different things like unistalling everything and jailbreaking but jailbreaking does not fix the touch screen so i cant use the damn ipod. If some one has any ideas they would be greatly appreciated.

Try changing the "hosts" and putting saurik's server, that helped me restore. If that does not work I think is rime to buy a new ipod :y:

Actually Jailbreaking and iPod don't going to fix the screen :lol: Just go and buy a new iPod man.

Well it wasn't working at first so I tried restoring it and it worked but the passcode thing was tweaking out and so I tried to jailbreak it and that's when the touch screen stopped working so now I'm stuck
