Reduces the size of the cache
No longer backs the cache up to iTunes
Deletes the cache entirely when Location Services is turned off

Is it really worth updating I'm still waiting for jailbreak on iPad 2 iOS 4.3.2

I don't think its worth the update if you're jailbroken. All 4.3.3 does is remove the location tracking, but you can already do this through a Cydia tweak. No need for this update.
