You can disabled that in the site and the bottom there's something that say Desktop Version.

not all sites have that and yeah dude download cloud browse its like a real internet web browser its in the app store put has a price you can get free off installous if your jailbroken

what you are looking for is a jailbreak option only.. it is called UAFaker and you can make your ipod ipad or iphone seem like you are using a different browser.. i use my iphone and make it look like i am using a "ipad" if i am understanding correctly you still want to use safari mobile but you want websites to appear as if you were on ipad, firefox, internet explorer, chrome right? if so then that is what you are going to need.. i believe you can also assign it to specific apps of you want Opera mini or skyfire to seem like you are using a different user agent. i personally like the ipad one because it makes everything turn into HTML5 if you use Internet explorer you are going to need frash "flash player for iphone" good luck and post back your results!
