So heres the deal: I have to Jailbreak my Friends iPhone 2G (I think its 2G), and its an MC Model. I jailbroke it with greenpois0n and then when I start the loader to install Cydia it keeps saying 'sources..' thing and after that it closes.. I do have it connected to WiFi.
So then I installed redsn0w but redsn0w doesnt support MC 2G iPod models!

So what now?!

Guys the problem was MY internet, probably my WiFi router is really bad or just doesnt work for iTouch (works for my iPhone, Laptop and Desktop...)
My friend went home and connected; And it worked!
