(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); when i try to update to ios 5 i get error 17 and sometimes a differant error

i do have itunes 10.5 and the ios 5 beta 1 on my computer but my iphone 3gs wont do anything please help

Error 17 is failure to display apple logo. Try sn0wbreeze 2.0.2 I heard it resolves the issue.

It's a custom restore failure.. have you tried doing it on another PC?

will that allow me to upgrade to ios 5 then? with sn0wbrease?

you need ur iphone to be registered as an apple developer device, if not it will fail to install

joensarah is right if you do not have your UDID registered with apple then you will get error 17. i assume you are getting this error when itunes goes to check with apple for update? for a small fee i can add your udid to my dev account.
