erm download 4.0 from You must login or register to view this content. get ipod touch n what ever gen urs is. When downloaded open itunes with ipod in and then your get a 4.2.1 update thing click no thanks go to itunes where it shows ur ipod hold shift on keyboard and click restore and then sected ur 4.0 download

If you aren't wanting to update your iPod to the newest (iOS 4.3.3) Then on YouTube just search iPod 4.0 Firmware Download, then download it, go to iTunes and plug your device up, hold the shift button and press Restore and then it should work and you will be on 4.0 update. BTW It will be much easier to update to 4.3.3 and then Jailbreak with Redsn0w (Just my Opinion) Your Welcome

ive already jailbroke it how do i take the jailbreak off

when i plug it in the ipod dont show up in itunes
