i had error while installing them always error 21 , if you guys had the same problem and fixed it please tell me how , and thanks

You have the iDevice register with a Developer Account from Apple? Maybe that's the problem.

Goto C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\iTunes\ and delete all files in the folders "iPhone Software Update" and "iPod Software Updates".
Then close iTunes, and reopen. Retry installing :y:
