yes you can just update to 4.3.3 and then go to You must login or register to view this content. and press install Upside Down Happy

its 2g Mc model are you sure?

i worked out my ipod can only update to 4.2.1 also.

Sorry your right you cant upgrade to 4.3.3 but heres a jailbreak for 4.2.1 for your ipod mc model
