When I sync my iphone to itunes for backup, itunes tend to remove the cracked apps.

How do avoid this from happening?

This never happend to me.

Do iTunes ask for something like " there are Paid apps on ur Device, do u want to copy them? " Than u should accept that.

I'm still on 3.1.3 JB'd with Spirit lol. Too lazy to update and get all the new and compatible versions of everything, I'm fine how I am now. There was a problem in this firmware, but it was fixed with an app called "App Sync" [v. 3.1 for me]. Maybe there is one for your firmware. I've been out of the scene for like 2 years now though.

Same thing happened to me, i was wanting to put songs on my ipod then iTunes would only let me sync songs if the cracked apps were to be removed.

Go to settings on installous, there should be a option "itunes sync" turn it on, or off if it's already on. Don't use installous anymore so I can't remember if you put it on or off.

Installous is gay.

Here's a fix. Actually buy your apps. Don't pirate them and you'll have no problem.

You go to file and then Transfer purchases for "idevice" and I'll copy them on your computer and wont delete them

Get appsync. That should fix it.
