what firmware are you on ?

Ultrasn0w only works on certain basebands, if it doesn't work then your only other option would be the gevey sim

its on 4.3.3

Hmmm... I never had an iPhone but the only solution is to restore your iPhone (don't forget to backup) and jailbreak with jailbreakme and redownload ultrasn0w

If u Jailbreak ur iDevice with jailbreakme why would u use ultrasn0w again? Sense? But yea, try jailbreakme, but u dont have to restore thoug, u can just run it over ur Phone. but i eitherwould do backups as much as u can, i backup my HTC every day .. Lol

jailbreakme wont unlock it for you, go in to you settings menu->general->about and look for your modem firmware, and tell me the number

ULTRA SN0W UNLOCKS YOUR DEVICE IT DOESNT JAILBREAK IT!!!!
if youve updated to 4.3.3 then you havent preserved your baseband so you CANNOT unlock with unltrasn0w....yet
try a rebel sim they work (but there not free...
