i think your track pad is ****ed up
if not you may have to do a restore in itunes
note you will lose everything on the ipod

The problem is that the track pad randomly shit out on me, but yet everything still works, asides from being able to higher or lower the volume and being able to scroll thru artists.

Wiping the ipod doesnt bother me since i have all my music on my computer obviously. What restore do you mean?

take it apart and look at it it could have gotten screwed up if you dropped it?
