Plug it in. Then go to Computer > iPod and then just follow the folders there. It will bring you to your photos

Founding out how to copy pics from my iDevice to my PC, was the first thing i tried.. And he could said that few post above, first he asked, " how to take a pic of my Lockscreen? " and than he said " i know that, how do i get them on my computer " pftt
BTW, MiM never works for me =[
