Hey guys, a family member of mine is travelling right now, and I have the chance to get a brand new iphone from the Apple store for $670 Canadian. I'm debating this and curious of what you guys would do.
Would you buy a iPhone 4 with a sales tax of 5%, or would you wait and get the iPhone 5 with a sales tax of 15%?
5% sales tax = $32 extra ontop of the MSRP
15% = $130+ ontop of MSRP
What would you do?
I would wait for the Iphone 5 because when it comes out the value of the Iphone 4 is going to drop by about $200. Canada gets the iphone at the end of September, I have friend who works at Rogers who confirmed it for me. Whether you get the Iphone 4 or 5 I would wait either way. If money matters then you can get the Iphone 4 cheaper, if it doesn't you can get a better product in the form of an Iphone 5.
