The Firmware is 4.3.3 (8J2) Model
Model : MC544LL
I was wondering How do i Jailbreak it, as in do i have to update it to the Firmware of 4.3.4 or what?
I'm not really Sure about this can someone Briefly Help me Thanks?

I am not Really An expert At this type of stuff, so explaining more Briefly would help Thanks.

dont update to 4.3.4 there is no untethered jailbreak for it, you can jailbreak 4.3.3 with redsn0w or sn0wbreeze

If you're using iOS 4.3.3, on the iPod go on Safari and navigate to https://www.jailbreakme.com and hit free, then install, then it will be jailbroken. This only works on iOS 4.3.3.
