That's because you don't have the UDID register in one developer account. But if you have the SHSH blobs save you can downgrade to that iOS and if you don't have it maybe you're screwed.
Even without SHSH blobs for iOS 4.3.3 / 4.3.4 / 4.3.5, you will always be able to downgrade from beta iOS 5 releases to iOS 4's latest version due to Apple still signing that firmware.
You'll need to make sure you have iTunes 10.4 and not 10.5 beta before you downgrade, however.
