(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Ok, so I restored my iphone 3gs from 4.3.3 ofw to 4.3.3 cfw using sn0wbreeze and when it was done. it went into a DFU mode loop, NOT recovery. All there is
now is a black screen. I have tried everything. Here is a list of what I have tried.

- Restoring to OFW
- iReb
- Different CFW
- Downgrading
- Running fixrecovery421.exe and fixrecovery43.exe

This is everything I have tried. PLEASE help me as I just bought this today!!! BTW the baseband is 5.16.02 and it is a MC model, and NEW bootrom.

I also know that it IS DFU mode because whenever I go into something that asks for DFU, it is already in DFU mode. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!
+Rep to whoever gets my iPhone 3Gs out of DFU mode untethered.

Hi:

I think this is the same problem i have been facing for the last 4 days with my new iphone 3gs, fw: 4.3.3 and baseband of 5.16.02. I jailbreaked the same with snowbreeze 2.7.3, after restore getting into DFU loop. I tried all that you did except OFW. Please email me how did you settle th eissue. Based on your advise i would decide on what to do and how to proceed. Thanks in advance.

Basically i had EXACTLY the same issue and i crapped myself because i brought it on the day i f**ked it up. what you have to do is open it up and disconnect the motherboard from the battery for half an hour then put it back together and restore. i definitely know you have to disconnect the battery from the motherboard but the steps after i cant remember fully off the top of my head.
Hope this works for you!

I think I had tinyumbrella set to "set hosts to cydia on exit" and that ****ed it up. I deleted the hosts file and closed tiny umbrella and it worked. I don't know how, don't ask me but it did.

PWNED DFU, CFW AND iTunes is ALL you need! DO NOT USE TINY UMBRELLA!!!
