then control panel

then hit the little down arrow here

now look for where it says apple mobile device make sure the status says STARTED

Ive Never Had this problem With My iPhone Try Using a different port if not Try changing the cable That you use to plug the iphone in to the computer if not i havent got a clue whats Happening ?
