They're knock offs, or clones. Don't trust anything from China when it comes to electronics. They look the same but the whole OS is different.

Copy of the IPhone... anyway they may do a few price-cuts as iphone 5 is suppost to be coming out, and they're making a huge profit already selling them the price they have so they cut the price a but so people think they are having a bargain so they sell more iphones and they are still making profit, its a win-win situation, we're winning for getting the iphone cheaper, they're winning for selling more iphones and making more money.
