Jailbreak iOS 5 beta 5 right now for free! This post will walk you through the simple steps needed to Jailbreak iOS 5 beta 5. Jailbreaking allows you to take full control of your iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch and it’s very easy to do and best of all it isn’t harmful to your device!

1. DOWNLOAD REDSN0W LISTED IN THE DOWNLOAD SECTION BELOW!
2. Plug in your iDevice and run Redsn0w
3. Browse for your 5.0 b5 firmware in Redsn0w and select it
4. Hit next and then check install Cydia
5. Hit next and follow the on screen instructions, they are as follows:
a. Hold down the power button for 3 seconds
b. Continue holding the power button and start holding the home button and continue HOLDING BOTH for 10 seconds
c. Let go of power and continue holding home button for 10-15 seconds
6. Wait for it to finish and reboot
7. YOU MUST KEEP YOUR DEVICE PLUGED IN AND CONTINUE THIS TUTORIAL!
8. Run Redsn0w (again)
9. Browse for your 5.0 b5 firmware in Redsn0w and select it
10. Hit next and then check install Just Boot Tethered Now
11. Hit next and follow the on screen instructions, they are as follows:
a. Hold down the power button for 3 seconds
b. Continue holding the power button and start holding the home button and continue HOLDING BOTH for 10 seconds
c. Let go of power and continue holding home button for 10-15 seconds

It Doesn’t work for the iPad 2 because the limra1n/SHAtter exploits are both patched for it!
