You need to update your iTunes to the current beta. It says it's expiring because older betas expire.

iOS5 isn't itunes, i think he means on his ipod or iphone

That's what they saying just download the beta 5 and it will be gone because Apple close the betas after the updates that what iTunes is saying better use normal one :y:
