Yeah but you can put them back on after you restore it to 3.0 and when you jailbreak it there is a app called Installous an this lets you download stuff from the app store for free such as The Sims 3 you will be able to download it for free. Also you are able to download a little tool out of cydia called appsync and this will allow you to sync the downloaded apps onto your itunes.
