If you have ios5 downloaded download snowbreeze for the version you have, if you dont go to You must login or register to view this content. and download whichever one you want and the itunes that goes with it, then download snowbreeze for that version and use it and you dont need a dev account or anything it hacktivates it jailbreaks it and your good.
