I restored it and it got stuck on recovery mode. whenever I try to restore it it says unknown error and Idk what firmware it is and it is jailbroken.

But this happen trying to restore or after the restore?

When i'm restoring it and it is about to be done it pops up with a unknown error message.

Yes jailbreak is now legal but if you have Installous maybe you better not send the iPhone to Apple because that's illegal. :y:

Well you can't send it to Apple but you can contact then via e-mail and resolve the problem in your house with iTunes or something.
