If u mean on a website.. once again not true but u can jailbreak it on a website..

Well, When i turn it on it says no SIM Card, so i just go Jailbreak it with what FW? And after that how do i get it Unlocked? Well the Phone is for T-Mobile only.. i got O2 do not know if u know that Provider but .. can i get it to work?

Well jailbreaking and unlocking are 2 completely different animals..

U can jailbreak the iPhone 4 on any firmware due 2 a low level bootrom exploit (found by Geohot) but the only catch is its tethered for anything above 4.3.3.. Tethered means you must re-run the jailbreak software to get your phone 2 turn on if the battery dies or you turn it off..
As for unlocking you cant unlock ur phone for free unless its on 4.0 firmware which I'm almost 100% sure it ISNT..

As for unlocking.. u can only unlock if your baseband is 2.10.04 , 3.10.01 and 04.10.01
To find out ur baseband go to
Settings, General, About, Baseband.. If it is any of those basebands u can unlock it with a gevey sim card..

If its not any of those basebands then here comes the bad news... :'( U cant unlock it..
