Theres probably a shit load of people downloading it right now and apple's servers can't handle it. Right after you update you setup iCloud on you iPhone

Having a similar problem to most people, still going to take about an hour before it even downloads :\

Should be worth the wait hopefully at least, on a 3GS still, so i'm hoping for some sort of visually appealing update.
