Good thing ive still got the receipt and it comes with 1 year warranty. Hopefully i will get an ipad 2 in return. if not i will pay the extra £70 for ipad 2 if i get my money back

You can always use the assistant that come with iOS5 so if it broke again you can at least have a way to use a "home" button
