Why is the 4s Battery life so bad? When fully charged, About 3 hours later it drops down to about 60%
My iPhone 3g has much better battery life then the latest iPhone on the market. Whats going on?
I'm actually able to get 2 days out of my iPhone 4S' battery.. First of all I have wi-fi and 3G turn off completely when the phone is in stand-by-mode.. Then I turned all the cloud services off.. Besides Find My Phone.. My email only updates when i enter the app.. My location only turns on when i open Cydia, maps, Siri, TuneIn Radio, & Find My Phone.. My brightness is on 45% + Auto-Brightness is on.. Automatic Downloads are off on Music and Apps.. And in my System Services.. Everything is off BUT Cell Network Search... I can usually get 1 1/2 to 2 days of use with this set up.. This is with texting all day.. Making at the most 5 phone calls.. And on the internet (mostly on Wi-Fi) every hour and a half or soo.. The only time my battery has not lasted through an entire day is when I left "Hands-Free Control" on all day.. That causes my Phone to drain 5-20% an hour...
Hope This helps..

I've noticed that the battery isn't lasting so long. But most importantly, the phone has become more powerful but the size is still the same. iPhone 4 is single core with the same battery as the 4S with dual core. So logically, it will use more power.
