YourDailyMac has found that Apple published eleven new profiles that indicate a iOS 5.1 release on March 9th for the iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, iPhone 4S, iPod Touch 3G/4G, iPad, and iPad 2. As seen below, the coding shows that a date of “09March2012″ is set for the 5.1, but guestimates are it’ll be around that time.

There is an off chance that 5.1 could launch along side the iPad 3, but YDM didn’t find a profile for it. Also to be noted is that the only operators indicted in the profiles were located in Japan, France, Greece, Finland, and Sweden only. Not to worry though since Apple usually does a great job rolling out software to everyone at the same time.
