But 1.1 was released like a week ago, and they have already cracked it? .1 has been out for over 2 months and still no release of a un-tethered jailbreak.

Uhm, It took them long enough to Crack 5.1, their are no Major updates in 5.1.1 .. So it was easy for them Winky Winky

Not Correct. Apple TV3 isn't.

Actually, it's only been tested on the iPod Touch 3G, not yet the iPhone 3GS... it's said to work on the iPhone 3GS, but pod2g is not 100% sure as of now.
