SO SAVE YOU 5.1.1 Blobs NOW so you can always Downgrade to 5.1.1 again.

How to do it:

1. Update your Device to 5.1.1.
2. Download the latest TinyUmbrella version : You must login or register to view this content.
3. Also Download RedSn0w (Because first time i did it i always got the APTicket error. You must login or register to view this content.
4.Once your iDevice is connected you have to Open TinyUmbrella and select your device on the Top left.

NOTE: If cant Open TinyUmbrella a possibly fix could be that you dont have Java Installed so click You must login or register to view this content. to install it.

5. Click on the "Advanced" tab and make sure only "Save all Available SHSH" & "When connecting a device, prefer my custom device name over the name set on the device" is selected.
On "Save SHSH Directory" i choose C:\Users\YourUserName\Desktop\.shsh (Browse to you Desktop then click Open then click behinde Desktop\ and write .shsh .
6.Now Click on the "Log" Tab. Now you Press the "SAVE SHSH" Button on the Top Right.
If Your log shows this You must login or register to view this content. You are Done!

Testing the APTickets error:

1. Open RedSn0w now and click on Extras.
2. Click on SHSH Blobs then on Verify.

Now just choose your SHSH File which it created on your .shsh Folder in the Desktop

I've got my blobs, so I think i'll just test it when it comes out.

yeah but i heard you'll have to use the same IPSW to Downgrade later. so i think its better to save original ipsw blobs

I think they will release a tweak on Cydia like corona for 5.x that will untethered your iDevice just by downloading it, they make that so it is more easy for users so they don't have to re-jailbreak and download everything again.

Uhm, i got corna 5.0.1 On my GF iPhone 4, but sometimes after she reboots the phone the JB is gone, and she have to reboot again.. is it a bug?

I don't know :confused: But it have been confirmed that 5.1.1 will have this option also, it is called Cinject.

im new to the whole jailbreaking, i jailbroke my iphone 4 back at 5.01 and havent changed yet. so if i want to do the new untethered JB when it comes out do i need to restore my phone then update to 5.1.1 then save SHSH files and then do new JB?
