(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); please note you NEED to be jailbroken already (jailbroken means gaining root access not installing cydia, cydia is just how packages are installed, managed and founded easiest)

Many things will not work as they have not been updated with iOS 6 support, however some will work right away (unlikely and rare but it will happen)
