Google Chrome is coming to the iPhone and iPad.

Just a day after Google released the final version of Google Chrome for Android, the company is bringing its popular web browser to iOS.

Google showcased the browser at Google I/O running on the iPhone and iPad. As with the Android version of the browser, users can sync browser tabs and bookmarks with Chrome instances on the desktop and other mobile devices.

Users will also be able to surf “incognito” — for those that don’t want their browsing histories saved to their devices.

This app will be available for the iPhone and iPad and will bring familiar features from the desktop version.

The browser will also be able to open pages and passwords across all iOS devices that have Chrome installed. The browser is designed to work on version of iOS 4.3 and above. No word about iOS 6 though.

Google says that it will be out sometime TODAY (Thursday) on the App store. So keep an eye out for it.

Along with this, Google is also releasing an iOS version of Google drive. This is a Dropbox like feature that uses cloud storage like Apples iCloud. Released this past April on Android and the desktop platforms, Google drive gives users 5GB of free cloud storage.

You could also opt for more storage such as 25GB for $2.49 a month.

It's really nice indeed.

But I don't think that Safari is that bad.

I'm just used to Safari, that's all.

But Chrome is easier to handle.

I've been using Chrome for a month now, and I love it. With all the new jailbreak tweaks, it makes it the greatest browser on iOS. Period.
