(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Apple, for all we know, is working on its next generation smartphone, which is most likely going to be known as the "iPhone 5".

According to an article published by DigiTimes, the quad-core iPhone 5 is expected to be launched sometime during the scond half of 2012, which is what a lot of people have been estimating to be the release date of this much-awaited phone.

What do you think, will the iPhone 5 make you as excited as when the first iPhone was released 5 years ago in 2007, or will Apple pull another 4S?

Thanks your right about widgets I forgot about them and I sure do miss them especially my news widget. The Galaxy S iii is a powerhouse of a phone and has an amazing screen but I think it looks terrible though and also costs to much right now. The Galaxy S ii IMO looked great with the square off edges and had a great high tech look to it but I think the Galaxy S iii looks terrible with the curved edges and just reminds me of a thing of the past. Thats one reason why im leaning toward the Note cuz it has a great processer and looks good and if did end up getting the S iii I'd want the International version for the quad core processer cuz it will be a couple years yet til my area gets 4G LTE and the international one seems to be hard to find.

I recommend getting either a Nexus or the Galaxy S III, as the Galaxy S II is almost a year old, so the chances of it receiving anymore updates (including 4.1 Jellybean, which has Google Voice (way better than Siri), are slim to none.

Hope I helped Smile

Even hardware Droid is still better. With a rooted droid, iphone has no chance in beating droid. What does iphone have? A Jailbreak, which is nothing compared to a rooted android

I love how you say older android devices dont get updates. All iOS devices always get updates along with the newer ones :ha!:

Not true. The iPhone 3GS and 3G and iPhone 4 don't get everything. iPad 2 will get iOS 6, but not all the features. I doubt the iPhone 3G will get iOS 6, just like the original iPhone didn't get iOS 4.

I say it because it's true. A lot of Android phones come out, and that's why they get isolated in around half a year. It's called fragmentation. That's why most people will buy a Google Nexus phone because it's the original Google's Android and it has a much higher chance of receiving an update.

Badiban is right. You really think the iPhone 3G (for example) will get iOS 6, or even 90% of its features? :dumb:

You're wrong, not all iOS devices get future updates. And so what if he said not all Android devices get future updates? It's true, fragmentation is a huge problem for Android. That's why most people will recommend getting a nexus.

About updates, Apple gives their iOS updates to everyone at one time. What about Android  :carling:

|:| That's what I'm saying, fragmentation is a problem in Android. You said all iOS devices get all updates, which is false.
