If I had the money to buy it, I would consider it if there were newer and better features that the iPhone 4s didn't have.

Every time I get a iPhone before my contract is up a new iPhone is released and by the time I'm able to get the iPhone 5 the iPhone 5s will probably be released

Still have a contract left on my iPhone 4, however my father wants to pick up where mine left off so I'm in a good position for an upgrade. I have the money to spend however I'm still debating whether to get the S3 or the 5. I was leaning towards the S3 but by the time I buy it it's already going to be 5 or 6 months away from a reveal of the S4 or whatever.

I'm 50/50 now. If Apple had bothered to change iOS for once I would have smothered the iPhone in love by now. iOS is seriously stale and really needs a revamp.
