(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); So I was just fucking off, and came across this awesome tweak. It's called AnimateAll HD. It costs $1.00, and it's probably the best thing I've come across in Cydia. Here's a video I recorded, and uploaded to my Youtube.
It's the live Boot Logo animation in the background. It doesn't use much RAM, and doesn't drain your battery. I have it installed on my iPad 2.

I have seen others like this, but was always told it drains the battery. But then again I do use Winter Board
All in all nice find, just might have to try, cheers.

Found an even better one that doesn't seem to affect my battery at all on my iPhone 4S. It's called vWallpaper2. It's free, and it's a beta, and comes with a few bugs. Other than that, it seems to work pretty well.
