Damn straight. I'm not complaining about the iPhone 5. It's a beautiful well built phone that beats the Galaxy S3 (North American) in benchmarks and speed in almost every instance. But Apple seriously fell flat on its face here.

iOS 6 was a major disappointment to me. Apple should have taken a chance on things like live tiles or widgets, and add more customization to their phones. iOS cannot stay the same forever. It's going to catch up to them eventually, people are going to realize that they're really just buying a new piece of hardware but the software never changes. Maps was possibly the largest failure I've ever seen introduced into iOS. I see absolutely no reason to hate Apple for this, since Google Maps wasn't much better when it was first introduced. For now, using Google Maps on Safari isn't too bad.

Finally a well thought out, well written response, other than the stupid shit, "Apple sucks".
Bottom line is, we as consumers will continuously buy Apple products because we KNOW they're well built, and well stabilized. I've had my share of Android phones, and the crashing, and freezing was annoying. My iPhone's have never let me down when it came to that software issue. Although their products do stay the same, one day, they'll realize their biggest flaw. And that's no customization what-so-ever with their iPhone's, iPod's, and iPad's. I KNOW those are their biggest grossing products. Not everyone can afford a MAC, but most can afford those, if not even lower class. Well, I'm considered lowered class, and I can afford them, but spending over a grand on a laptop? Nah. Can't do that without taking a loan. Anyways, that's what it comes down to. Maybe they'll figure that out when they decide to release their next phone.

I've not updated to iO6 due to my jailbreak. Anyway, what's wrong with the maps that they're apologising for?
