If you have it installed, do not uninstall you will loose app sync which is needed to install pirated apps

You can get AppSync from other repos. Right now I don't remember the names because I remove all the jailbreaks from my iDevices months ago.

I'm sure you can, but for now its easier to keep it for people, Ive installed vShare which is a good alternative to installous, direct downloads no captcha input, only issue is some people may think it looks sketchy as it has Chinese writing all over it
