I was searching around for a way to get Siri for A4 devices and have found a way.

3. Open Cydia and add the source: You must login or register to view this content.
4. Download iOS 6 Wordjelly Control Panel - Respring
5. Go to settings - General - Siri - Turn ON
6. Go to settings - WordJelly - Install the certificate
7. Go to settings - [Ac!D] Setting - Proxy Host and Enter: You must login or register to view this content.
8. Try Siri.
I have tested this out on my iPhone 4 and I will confirm it works, but somethings like opening apps you will have to download add-ons from Cydia.
Note that the downloads did take a while because as most of you know, with the new untethered jailbreak, their have been a clutter of all users downloading items on Cydia which is causing Cydia to run slow.
I TAKE NO CREDIT FOR DISCOVERING THIS JUST SHARING.
