I want to unlock it officially through IMEI unlock and I found a website doing it for around 50 quid. You must login or register to view this content.

Don't think you can with iPhone 4S and even if you could I don't wanna JB my new iPhone 4S.

Why? Get all sorts by doing it and if you need to take it to apple just restore it and then go. I have done this personally and my warranty was upheld

Do it from jailbraking or ask someone you know has had their phone unlocked so you don't get scammed ect.

This website i have bought a carrier check and they emailed me all information about my iphone.. i would check them out they accept paypal.. Cool Man (aka Tustin)

Jailbreak remove the restriction and make the phone to accept third party applications,software.To jailbreak your iPhone 4s visit the site Idownloadblog.com .

Unlocking a mobile phone is a procedure to remove any SIM/Network restrictions set on the phone by either the manufacturer of the phone or by the mobile phone's service provider. After unlocking a mobile phone, you can still use it with it's existing network or switch over to any other supported network.
I didn't used that site to unlock my iphone 4s . But i used itunes to unlock my iphone 4s . To unlock it i got remote unlock service from Prounlocking.com and unlock it from network lock .
