Pixie Lott does not know iOS.
Its a Bug, Had this on my iPhone4s, started when i had the JB on it, even w/o after that. Respring or use Springtomize and Reload Settings If this dont help, Restart. May you have to do it more than once.

I'd think you of all people would of seen these Pixie. They are pretty much apps that are run just for diagnostics, background processes (I believe some are like launchdaemons but they have an app that will take you to that process but dont hold that to me) and some take you to specific parts of the iOS start screen when you either restore your device or set up as new.

They can come up for no reason and I have never found a reason for why they showed for me sometimes, if they stay there after a reboot/respring just use springtomize to hide them. If you try a dreamboard theme out chances are they will show up in that, I have tried them out to see if I liked them and those icons show in Endriod and metro for me, I havent tried others but wouldn't surprise me if they showed in them as well.

Not surprised, one thing you may know that I don't is an issue I have had, its after installing a cydia tweak sometimes and then I return to my springboard and all my icons are replaced by a question mark icon in a grey box, no idea why it happens, ever happened to you?
