yes there is a jailbreak! but just tethered -.- and not for all devices

I was on 6.1.2 cydia and i accidentally updated to 6.1.3 and iphone4 without cydia was boring.. but there is a simple way of jailbraking IOS 6.1.3 its just tethered its practically the same but you'll be unable to use cydia if you reboot your device/you get cydia again by activating your phone via computer so everytime you reboot your blocked from cydia nothing else

you can only do this for iPhone4 and below.. with IOS 4s doesn't work
