no it can't be jailbroken, the people that make jailbreaks for iOS devices feel its not necessary considering iOS 7 is going to be released soon so they leave exploits for the next ios version. currently highest firmware that can be jailbroken is ios 6.1.2 so dont be fooled by websites that say you can or websites that ask for payment
