Tut on how to get the GBA Emulator on a non jailbroken iDevice, Ivw tested this on my iPhone 4 running iOS 7 beta 3 and its working fine
1. On your iDevice go to Safari and go to this link ( bit.ly/gbanojailbreak )
Once at the link press install now You must login or register to view this content.
Then Press NEXT You must login or register to view this content.
Then press install App via OTA You must login or register to view this content.
YOu will get this pop up just go ahead and press installYou must login or register to view this content.
BAM GBA On your home screen, You must login or register to view this content.
Open GBA and in the top right press the search button, It will take you to safari and just go to any Rom site, Coolroms is the best imo, Find a rom, and download it
Once you have found a rom clikc it and press open in GBA4iOSYou must login or register to view this content.
Now you are done, Have fun playing GBA games on a non jailbroken iDevice You must login or register to view this content.

Great thread I might try this one day when I'm feeling some pokemon, also will this work on a old iPod touch? 1st, 2nd gen?

I was going to post about this, but you can get far more apps doing this as well.
You must login or register to view this content. go to that page on your iOS device and it has many apps, nds4ios, gba4ios, a sega saturn emulator, screen recorder and more I think. I tried it on my non jailbroken ipad 4 and the nds4ios works fine aside from ti being slow as it's very early in development.

I installed it once and accidentally clicked it twice, then I deleted one of them and the other one like half installed and wouldn't delete, then I installed it and deleted it again to make both of them go away. Then I go to install it so I can actually use it, now it doesn't work.

It has a link to the same app and it works fine, it might work for you to try installing via that website.
